What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Qualified in a Technical / Quality subject preferably to ‘A’ Level standard / equivalent or above, Computer Literate (Excel. Word. e-mail), Experience of internal auditing

What You'll Do.

Be conversant in packaging production processes and associated quality procedures to support manufacturing and facilitate solutions to quality related issues.

Support incident investigations that identify root causes of major non-conformances.

Generate/collate data and evaluation of quality failures in materials or intermediate/finished goods attributes to drive cost reduction

performance improvement and less waste.

Audit/contact suppliers as and when required

ensuring all processes and procedures in place are suitable for RMB requirements.

Communicating all non-conforming raw material information quickly and ensuring as far as possible that suppliers introduce their own preventative actions.

Provide support for first production batches to ensure that they are correctly set and that quality is acceptable with the customer.

Attend Departmental Communication Briefs and promote generation and discussion of new ideas with departmental colleagues.

Audit procedures to confirm compliance.

Communicate with other department colleagues to share learnings/resolve issues promptly.

Raise Health & Safety standards by performing planned inspections
