Must Have
Proficient in English, Native in French, Experience in interim high-volume recruitment for France, Ability to work with confidential issues, Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbal, interpersonal, and in presentations in English, Able to interact and communicate with all levels of management and staff, Demonstrated hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present complex data to clients, Good understanding of Financial data and invoicing, Communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have
Vendor Management Service/Managed Service provider experience desirable, Staffing industry experience desired, Human Resources experience desired
What You'll Do.
Manage relationship with local hiring managers
Manage temporary recruitment requests
Record recruitment agency performance
Maintain hiring manager requirements
Carry out vacancy qualification meetings
Brief 3rd party suppliers
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
On boarding activities
Contractor management activities
Manage local relations with client
Manage local relations with agencies
Approve invoices for payment
Resolve local issues with customer
Resolve local issues with agencies
Monitor achievement of local service level agreements
Provide statistical analysis support
Provide periodic programme status reports
