What You'll Do.
Facilitate and manage processes within contingent worker lifecycle
Provide first level customer support to Hiring Managers
Assist Hiring managers
Programme Specialists and suppliers during
Manage worker onboarding
Manage worker assignment
Manage time and expense
Manage worker offboarding
Document client reported issues
Track issue resolution
Maintain and update worker assignments
Communicate to clients
contingent workers and partners
Conduct research and analysis to resolve inquiries
Provide program status reports
Monitor performance against contract SLAs
Ensure new hire paperwork is completed timely
