What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master degree in Medical or Life science, ≥1 year clinical working experience and/or in multinational pharmaceutical company or ≥2 year relevant work experience, ≥2 year prior MSL experience with a track record of success in multinational pharmaceutical company, Fundamental knowledge of clinical study methodology, Fluent in written business English, workable in spoken English, Awareness of and adherence to the company’s credo and compliance requirement
Nice to Have
Doctor degree, Neuroscience educational background, Clinical and industry experiences within relevant TAs
What You'll Do.
Identifying and updating regional KOLs list
Profiling regional KOLs
Designing and implementing individual KOL engagement plan
Maintaining professional relationships with regional experts
Obtaining feedback and advice from KOLs
Summarizing and communicating KOL feedback
Training and developing speakers
Identifying potential investigators for Medical affairs study
Establishing regional medical plan
Designing medical initiatives
Developing and maintaining annual regional medical budget requests
organizing and conducting regional AB boards meetings
Conducting KOLs visits
Recording visit reports and insight collection
Providing information on Takeda products
Developing and conducting lectures/educational sessions
Developing non-promotional educational materials
Supporting the conduction of Takeda MA study
Identifying KOL’s research capability and IISR possibility
Receiving unsolicited investigator initiated sponsored studies (IISR) requests
Submitting regional medical education grant request applications
Building reputation as regional TA expert
Providing medical insight and support for regional market/sales activities
Giving internal medical training
Responding to unsolicited inquiries
Providing medical support for SFE activities
Liaising with Takeda development team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Engage within assigned Therapy Area; Communicate relevant KOLs feedback to relevant internal stakeholders; Build reputation as regional TA expert participating in appropriate internal network across Medical, Marketing, Trainings and sales functions; Provide medical insight and support for regional market/sales activities; Give internal medical training to regional internal customers; Liaise with Takeda development team where appropriate
Communication Scope
Excellent communication and influencing skills that can impact at regional level; Fluent in written business English, workable in spoken English
Process & Methodology
Highly medical project management skills to deliver on complex tasks within timeframe and manage milestones
