Manage the self-employed MSK clinicians
Ensure compliance by the MSK clinicians
Manage poor performance
Understand Bupa and MSK financial targets
Effectively managing the clinician diaries

Team & Collaboration
Working collaboratively with other members of the management and leadership team; Liaising with the relevant parties
Communication Scope
High standard of communication; interpersonal skills
Process & Methodology
Excellent planning, time management, prioritisation skills
