Overview *Shift: Monday–Friday: 6AM EST – 3PM EST We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you will provide expert-level network and systems support for our clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep service provider experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include: Deliver high-quality network and systems support within a Managed Services Center. Provide full lifecycle systems support for clients, including design, implementation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of complex issues. Own issues end-to-end until successful resolution is achieved. Maintain advanced, up-to-date technical expertise in networking technologies. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. Accurately document all incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ownership in all tasks. Collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently with minimal supervision. Participate in on-call rotation. Lead and manage assigned technical projects. Multi-task effectively while prioritizing workload in a dynamic setting. Maintain a customer-focused, results-driven attitude at all times. Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve both common and highly complex network/systems problems, independently or as part of a team. Perform other duties as assigned.
