What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in eCommerce or digital commerce within FMCG/CPG or a fast-paced commercial environment, track record of delivering measurable business outcomes across digital channels (e. g. , GMV, conversion, ROI), Experience leading cross-functional digital or commercial projects with high complexity and scale, analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive performance and decision-making, Hands-on experience with digital ecosystems, including marketplaces, media platforms, and performance marketing
Nice to Have
stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal and external partners, Deep understanding of multi-channel and omnichannel marketing strategies, Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation and experiment with new digital solutions, Experience building digital capabilities or leading transformation initiatives within an organisation, communication skills with the ability to translate complex digital concepts into business impact

Lead and scale Haleon Malaysia’s eCommerce and multi-channel strategy
Develop and execute the annual digital transformation roadmap
Build and lead cross-functional eCommerce taskforces
Drive omnichannel (O+O) strategy
Define and track KPIs
Build digital capabilities across the organisation
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance
Lead digital innovation
Oversee digital enablers
