University Degree in (Electro-, Analytical- or Technical) Chemistry, (Chemical-, Process- or Manufacturing) Engineering or related field, First experience in a highly regulated production environment and GxP standards, Fluent in English, German at least B2 level

statistical analysis, database handling (SQL, Snowflake), experience with software projects

Our work spans from supporting early concept ideas to enabling efficient design transfer into routine manufacturing and ensuring sustainable product care throughout the product lifecycle. Organized into Sub-Networks and Squads supported by Chapters, our agile structure enables rapid adaptation to changing priorities and business needs. We foster collaboration, continuous learning, and mutual mentorship while driving partnerships across and beyond Operations. Like handling of non-conformity notifications, leading investigations and root cause analysis, coordinating corrective actions in the manufacturing process, implementing changes to the process. * Working according to internal processes defined by GxP-regulated environment * Monitoring production data and analyzing key production performance indicators * Driving Continuous Improvement initiations within the sensor production process * Supporting production operators
