With access to state-of-the-art MRI technology and a supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centred care while advancing your clinical expertise. **Main Duties of the Role** * Deliver high-quality MRI imaging services across a varied caseload, including outpatient, inpatient, and theatre work. * Treat every patient as an individual, offering empathy, reassurance, and professionalism throughout their imaging journey. * Operate advanced MRI equipment and contribute to the development of imaging protocols and best practices. * Support the Radiology Manager in policy development, service improvement, and compliance with safety standards. * Supervise, mentor, and support junior radiographers and students, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. * Ensure all imaging is delivered with the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and compassion. **What We’re Looking For** * BSc in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent) * Postgraduate qualification in MRI (desirable) * Experience in MRI scanning across a range of clinical indications * Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care * Ability to work independently and as part
