The role: The MRE Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for supporting equipment reliability, maximizing asset uptime, and leading day-to-day maintenance and reliability execution at our food manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution site. This role is both hands-on and supervisory, directly performing maintenance work while guiding a team of maintenance technicians to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety and operational standards. The MRE Supervisor will help execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment issues, support root cause problem-solving, and ensure maintenance activities are aligned with safety, food safety, quality, and operational excellence objectives.
