MQ-25 Training Systems Principal Engineer (Lead) **Company:** The Boeing Company **The Government Training Engineering (GTE) MQ-25 Air Dominance Team** is seeking a **MQ-25 Training Systems Principal Engineer (Lead)** to serve in the role located, in **Berkeley, MO**. The selected individual will be the primary technical point of contact for both external and internal customer interface and coordination activities to ensure program expectations are met. The **MQ-25 Training Systems Principal Engineer (Lead)** will have the opportunity to interact with United States Navy (USN) Program Office, & Pilot Training Instructors of the nation’s first unmanned arial refueling platform, the MQ-25. The MQ-25 Engineering Integration & Systems Team is responsible for the proposal, development, integration, delivery, and sustainment of a wide range of products directly employed in the training of our MQ-25 operators: * Test, Training and Rehearsal Unit (TTRU) * Deck Ops Trainer (DoT) **The MQ-25 Training Systems Principal Engineer (Lead)** will oversee technical excellence for all development, integration, delivery, and sustainment activities for Test, Training and Rehearsal Unit (TTRU) and Deck Ops Trainer (DOT) located at the main operating bases for the MQ-25. Your role includes proposal development, project management, system requirements definition, and technical leadership to guide the team to remarkable solutions. You will be collaborating with the engineering and program teams to maintain a common vision and deliver winning products to ensure Trainer capability exceeds the training needs of the MQ-25 Warfighter.
