About the Role The Move-Out Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless and compliant resident move-out process, with a strong emphasis on timely and accurate reconciliation of security deposits in accordance with local and state regulations. This role plays a vital part in delivering a positive resident experience at the end of their lease term, while protecting the interests of the property owner. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing and comparing multiple inspection reports, invoices, and documentation to ensure accuracy in resident billing. This is a resident-facing role that also requires frequent cross-functional collaboration with internal teams Responsibilities Manage and track all resident move-outs from notice through finalization, ensuring timely completion of all associated tasks.
