2–3 years of experience within the moving, relocation, or logistics industry, ideally in a supervisory or foreman capacity, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Serbian and English, with the ability to communicate professionally in a business environment, Valid Category driver’s license with a clean driving record, physical stamina and fitness, including the ability to regularly lift and move items, Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to remain composed and effectively resolve operational, or client-related challenges in real time, Ability to make sound decisions quickly regarding routing, staffing adjustments, and on-site operational issues, High level of professionalism, reliability, punctuality and integrity
What You'll Do.
Supervise a crew of movers on-site
ensuring all items are packed
and transported safely and efficiently
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the move
explaining the process and providing a high level of customer service
Oversee the professional disassembly and reassembly of furniture and the specialized packing of fragile or high-value items
Manage the loading plan for the truck to maximize space and ensure the safety of the cargo during transit through Belgrade traffic or long-distance routes
Complete all necessary paperwork
including inventory lists
and delivery receipts
Ensure the company vehicle is maintained
and stocked with necessary moving supplies
