What You'll Do.
Serve as liaison to new residents/families
Ensure success of ambassador program
Coordinate seamless transition for new residents
Welcome new residents into the community
Assist with event planning
Assist with event execution
Schedule appointments with potential residents
Schedule tours with potential residents
Coordinate residents' move-in
Coordinate residents' move-out
Coordinate in-house transfers
Maintain accurate daily census
Maintain organized residents' pre-admission documentation
Maintain organized residents' move-in documentation
Maintain organized residents' discharge documentation
Maintain organized documentation of apartment inspections
Maintain organized documentation of related work orders
Network to ensure community representation
Coordinate quality resident services
Deliver quality resident services
Support social environment for residents
Support emotional environment for residents
Support physical environment for residents
Facilitate new residents' integration
Assist residents with transitioning to community
