Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Humanities, International Relations, or related field (or equivalent professional experience), Degree in Conservation of Antiquities and Works of Art, 2–3 years of experience in international moving, relocation, or logistics operations
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients

Arrange and follow up on packing
Arrange and follow up on customs documentation

Liaise daily with agents

Prepare service orders
Maintain accurate records in move management system
Proactively update clients on progress

Handle insurance applications

We are looking for a **Move Coordinator** to join our Fine Art team at our headquarters **in Elefsina** supporting private and c**orporate clients, Galleries and Museums through every stage of their move.** The Move Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete moving process from start to finish ensuring a seamless, efficient, and stress-free experience for clients. Acting as the key communication point between clients, operations, and global partners (Agents), this role combines organizational precision, customer care, and international coordination. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from booking to delivery. * Coordinate door-to-door local & international moves. * Arrange and follow up on packing, customs documentation, shipping, and delivery. * Liaise daily with agents, crews, warehouse teams, and transport planners. * Prepare service orders, and invoices while maintaining accurate records in the company’s move management system. * Track shipments and proactively update clients and partners on progress. * Ensure all services meet company quality, safety, and compliance standards. * Handle insurance applications, claims, and post-move client feedback. * Support continuous improvement through feedback and service optimization initiatives. **Requirements** * Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills
