Must Have
2 – 3 years of experience in international moving, relocation, or logistics operations, or freight forwarding, or customer service role, Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, Proficient in MS Office Suite, familiar with ERP Systems, Excellent communication skills, High emotional intelligence and empathy, Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitasking

What You'll Do.
Oversee the entire life cycle of a move
including packing dates
and delivery at the destination
Pro-active and reactive management of international moves from initial inquiry until final invoicing
Act as the dedicated point of contact
providing regular status updates and "counseling" clients on customs requirements and shipment schedules
Liaise between internal operations teams (crews/drivers) and third-party vendors (shipping lines
destination agents) to ensure all services are performed as planned
Manage critical international shipping documents such as Bills of Lading
