Full Job Description
Motor Claims Handler – Salary £26,700 - £29,650 Location - Maxim Park Your role will be to support our customers through the journey of making a motor claim. You could be taking the First Notification of Loss, gathering the right and relevant information to create a new claim, or you could be supporting them with provision of a replacement vehicle or providing an update on their vehicle repairs. Across Aviva Zero, you need to work proactively to ensure we minimise the inconvenience to our customers daily lives. You will need to juggle multiple tasks at pace, utilising a range of digital systems, and be comfortable making quick decisions to get the right outcome for our customers. We support smart working. Once you’ve completed your training and your leader confirms you’ll be able move to a hybrid working pattern, spending 50% of your time in the office and 50% working from home. Our standard full‑time week is 35 hours, with part‑time options available (minimum 21 hours over 3 days).
