Must Have

experience in motion design, animation, or performance creative roles, ideally within gaming, mobile, or entertainment environments, understanding of performance marketing principles and experience creating assets for user acquisition or paid media campaigns, Ability to translate creative strategy and insights into engaging, high-performing video content, storytelling, composition, and pacing skills, particularly in short-form video formats, Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams, Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and iterations simultaneously, analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to creative decisions, Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach
