Must Have
3+ years of experience in motion design or a similar role, understanding of motion design principles (timing, pacing, composition, storytelling), Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, design sensibility, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, An interest in and willingness to engage with emerging technologies, communication and organisational skills, A portfolio/showreel demonstrating a range of motion and design projects
Nice to Have
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro), Experience working with branding, campaigns, or social-first content, Understanding of sound design and audio syncing
