Role Overview We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our Marketing Creative team. In this role, you will produce engaging video content for our games, collaborating with the team to refine creatives and brainstorm high-performing ideas. You will combine traditional motion graphics expertise with emerging AI tools to create impactful marketing creatives. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality creative videos for our games, primarily using After Effects Participate in creative reviews to improve video quality based on team feedback and performance data Collaborate with the team to develop new concepts, analyse the competitive market, and find ways to improve creative performance Utilise AI video tools to enhance the production process and explore new creative directions Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise At least 2 years of experience within the gaming industry Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop Familiarity with Blender, Adobe Illustrator, or other 3D software is a plus Ability to work across various AI tools (Kling, Nano Banana, Veo, Seedance, Minimax Hailuo and etc.) Strong understanding of composition, rhythm, and timing in video advertising Working at Tripledot 26 days holiday: Enjoy 26 days of paid holiday in addition to
