What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Native Ukrainian and intermediate English skills (B1), 2+ years of professional experience in video content creation, A proven portfolio demonstrating work in video and motion, Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Subscription to the Adobe Creative Cloud package (including After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop), Strong, fundamental knowledge of animation principles, composition, perspective, color, Personal computer (Minimum: 32 GB RAM / NVIDIA RTX 4070+ / Intel i7), Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Nice to Have
High engagement, Openness to receiving/incorporating feedback, A creative mindset for non-trivial solutions, Simple, empathetic communication, Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Personal gaming experience, specifically within the RPG and Action genres
