Job Responsibilities** * Identify and proactively engage with potential mortgage customers through various channels, including referrals, branch walk-ins, and outbound calls. * Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for customers, assessing their eligibility and recommending suitable mortgage products (e.g., housing loans, refinancing, bridging loans). * Explain complex mortgage terms, conditions, interest rates, and repayment options clearly and concisely to customers. * Guide customers through the entire mortgage application process, assisting with documentation collection, form completion, and submission. * Liaise effectively with internal departments such as credit assessment, legal, and operations to ensure smooth and timely processing of mortgage applications. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UOB Malaysia's mortgage products, policies, and pricing, as well as relevant industry trends and regulatory changes. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level o
