Must Have

post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience, In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending process and applicable regulatory requirements, interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills, Expert knowledge of self-management and teamwork, personal lending, relationship sales and management, Functional knowledge of personal banking, investments, trust services, business and commercial lending, and cash management, knowledge of the broader real estate industry and mortgage market, negotiation skills, Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience, Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth, Collaboration & team skills - In-depth, Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth, Influence skills - In-depth

What You'll Do.

and manage relationships with referral network

Build pipeline of new mortgage business

Increase BMO’s share of home financing market

Identify sales opportunities

Develop and execute marketing and sales programs

Follow corporate policies and legal requirements

Contact referral and origination sources

Assist with implementation of marketing programs

Search for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

Support delivery of marketing programs

Expand network by obtaining referrals

Establish and enhance bank’s community presence

Serve as customer advocate

Complete onboarding activities

Deliver exceptional customer service

Guide customers throughout mortgage application

Partner with branch teams

Resolve or escalate issues

Provide customers with friendly service

Identify client needs for banking products

Stay abreast of consumer needs and industry trends

Address customer service issues

Develop solutions and make recommendations

Provide advice and guidance

Support execution of strategic initiatives

Help determine business priorities

Conduct independent analysis

Liaise with BMO teams and customers

Document updates in BMO’s internal systems

Analyze data and information

Gather and format data into reports

Provide input into operational programs

Execute routine tasks

Organize work information

Engage with referral network

Complete all necessary transactions
