What You'll Do.
Input and mitigate retail credit applications
and general administrative support
and manage relationships with referral network
Build a pipeline of new mortgage business
Increase BMO’s share of home financing market
Identify sales opportunities
Develop and execute marketing and sales programs
Follow corporate policies
legal and regulatory requirements
Input and mitigate credit applications
Coordinate collection of all required documentation
Discuss terms and conditions with BMO colleagues
Maintain a database of third party referral sources and customers
Develop and maintain a marketing calendar
Keep third party referral sources aware of BMO offers and news
Prepare and send updated rate sheets
Complete pre- and post- sales activities
Offer financial solutions that meet customer goals
Receive and fulfil approved home and/or investment financing applications
Advise BMO colleagues of any issues that might impede turnaround time and/or approval
Deliver exceptional customer service
Resolve or escalate issues to meet customer expectations
Ensure funds are advanced in a timely manner
Provide customers with friendly
