Two years of clerical or mortgage banking experience, basic accounting skills

What You'll Do.

Establish new 203(k) loans on system of record

disburse rehabilitation funds and construction draws

Post disbursements to servicing system

reconcile all entries

Track and disburse escrow holdback funds

Set up and balance new loans for the 203(k) department

Preparation and/or reconciliation of required daily and month-end reports

Review requests to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and audit guidelines

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with both Internal and External Customers such as mortgage customers, co-workers, Loan Production Office and Accounting employees, and vendors/contractors; Communicate with impacted areas regarding exceptions as they arise

Communication Scope

Communicate with impacted areas regarding exceptions as they arise; Trains peers on new policies and procedures and presents ideas to improve processes and workflow
