Process government loan requests
Maintain communication with parties
Obtain processing documentation

Monitor credit reports
Monitor income documentation

Resolve underwriting issues
Prepare commitment letters
Review title insurance
Review homeowner's insurance
Mail loan suspend notices
Update loan conditions
Provide closing attorney documentation
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
