Full Job Description

About the role: Ownership and organization mean as much to you as they do to us. As a Processor, you will play an integral part in ensuring all loans are processed in a timely manner and adhere to our policy and procedures. You will manage a pipeline of transactions, owning many aspects of the transaction from application through funding, all while providing a world-class customer experience. This is a hybrid position with a requirement of 3 full days in our Omaha, Nebraska office. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships within the operations team and with cross-functional partners. Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state mortgage lending regulations, including but not limited to RESPA, TRID, Reg B and Fair Lending. Navigate our proprietary Equity Origination System. Independently manage and monitor a loan pipeline from application through funding consistently meeting established service level agreements. Review and verify loan documentation, including credit reports, income documents and property reports. Collect, review and submit required documentation to clear conditions as required from the Underwriting team. Partner with third party vendors to obtain required documentation, such as title reports, appraisals and home inspections. Prepare and deliver disclosures and final loan documents keeping in compliance with federal and state requirements. Ensure adherence to Unison product guidelines, requirements and fees. Meet monthly goals for deals funded, turnaround times, and pull-through rates. Other duties as assigned.
