What You'll Do.
Interview applicants to collect and analyze information
Assess applicant’s credit worthiness
Issue pre-qualification statements
Determine which products best meet customer needs
Advise potential borrowers regarding financial products
Make recommendations to customers regarding bank products
Cultivate new mortgage business
service and promote mortgage products
Solicit residential first mortgages
Negotiate terms and conditions of loan
Ensure lending compliance with origination procedures
Advise management on compliance strategies
Monitor trends in real estate market
Monitor changing rules and regulations
Represent the bank in the community
Develop and promote additional business
Present seminars to promote business
Identify and develop business
