Position: Mortgage Broker Assistant Salary: PHP 70,000 - 85,000 per month Working Hours & Conditions: Aligned with AU hours; full-time (remote) **OVERVIEW** : As a **Mortgage Broker Assistant** , you will be the engine behind our residential and commercial lending operations, ensuring every application is handled with precision, speed, and a commitment to excellence. **RESPONSIBILITIES** : * End-to-End Loan Processing: Manage the lifecycle of loan applications from initial data entry through to settlement, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. * CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain and update client records within MyCRM and Broker Engine, ensuring the pipeline is organized and milestones are met. * Lender Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for lenders and credit assessors to track application status, resolve queries, and expedite approvals. * Client Communication: Provide regular, proactive updates to clients throughout the application process, maintaining our firm's reputation for transparency and exceptional service. * Compliance & Quality Control: Perform thorough reviews of supporting documents (payslips, bank statements, etc.) to ensure they meet specific lender credit policies and internal standards. * Administrative Support: Assist Brokers with the preparation of Compliance Documents (SOCA/NCCP) and help streamline office workflows to increase efficiency. **Requirements** **QUALIFICATIONS** : * Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a Loan Processing or Mortgage Broker Support role within the Australian mortgage industry. * Software Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in both MyCRM and Broker Engine. This is a non-negotiable requirement for this role. * Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of the end-to-end residential lending process and current compliance requirements (NCCP). **NICE TO HAVE (not required)** : * Education: Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
