High school diploma or equivalent, Typically two to four years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously, Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills, Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data, Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills, Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting, filtering, and use of formulas, Experience creating and delivering professional PowerPoint presentations, Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and proactively seek clarification when deadlines are unclear, Proven ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting established deadlines, Prior mortgage or banking industry experience a plus
