Must Have
Proven experience as a Commis level cook or similar, preferably with experience in private households or VIP families., Fluent Arabic speaking and communication skills., Good knowledge of Arabic and international cuisine., attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene., Ability to work well in a team and take direction., Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the family., Can attend 1-day trial if needed in a private VIP Palace in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
What You'll Do.
Assist in preparing and cooking authentic Arabic and international cuisine to meet the family's expectations.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.
Follow dietary guidelines and special instructions provided by the family.
Manage inventory and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
