**Your Role** * Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and Group standards. * Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, managing non-conformities and complaints effectively. * Drive prevention through audits, risk analysis, control plans, and process monitoring. * Track and improve Quality KPIs, reducing defects and cost of poor quality through continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage internal and external audits, certifications, and product approvals. * Lead and develop the Quality team while promoting a strong quality culture across the organization. **Your Background** * Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. * Experience in Quality roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, audits, quality tools, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience in managing non-conformities, customer complaints, and CAPA processes. * Familiarity with tools such as FMEA, control plans, and process capability analysis. * Hands-on, data-driven mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. * Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. _Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
