What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, social services, or related field, 5 years of experience working with ORR program and/or grantees, Knowledge of ORR policies and procedures, 1 year of program analysis skills
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in social work, public administration, or other advanced degree in a related field, Working knowledge of ORR/OTIP mission and activities, Project management experience, Leadership experience, ORR T2 clearance

Participate in monitoring of federally funded programs
Develop efficient and cost-effective schedules for program monitoring
Develop timelines for creation of monitoring related documents
Monitor federally funded programs for compliance
Create documentation of monitoring activities
Create monitoring reports
Analyze documentation related to monitoring activities
Identify best practices
Identify areas requiring additional training
Identify issues requiring additional training
Provide analysis in reports
Provide analysis in dashboards
Provide analysis in presentation materials
Recommend technical assistance documents
Draft technical assistance documents
