Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Define and lead global product marketing and go-to-market strategy for monitoring solutions across construction, infrastructure, and mining sectors. Drive the full product lifecycle, from market requirements and positioning through launch execution and post-launch optimization. Act as a subject matter expert, aligning engineering, product, and sales teams around customer needs and strategic market opportunities. Conduct global field research and market analysis to identify gaps, emerging trends, and new business opportunities. Build and execute compelling product messaging and positioning that translates complex geospatial technologies into clear customer value. Represent and promote the monitoring portfolio at global industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand awareness and market leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product development priorities and market demand. Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem development to expand product reach and adoption. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related technical commercial role within geospatial, construction, mining, or infrastructure industries. Strong understanding of monitoring systems, surveying technologies, or related geospatial applications. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive product strategy without formal authority. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, global environments.
