Opening its doors in 2013 and expanding in 2017, this state-of-the-art acute care facility has 177 patient rooms and offers a wide variety of services to meet community needs. Here, you will be supported as you follow your dreams and find where you belong, here at Tradition Hospital. The Central Monitoring Unit (CMU) serves as a live control center, with caregivers monitoring patients 24/7 to enhance care and safety. As a Monitor Technician, you will perform ongoing surveillance of patients' cardiac monitors and provide appropriate nursing staff with timely notification of changes in cardiac rhythm and/or hemodynamics that could impact patient condition. This is a great team that you will get to work very closely with while enhancing your knowledge each and every day. **A caregiver in this position works 3 12-hour nights from 7:00PM \- 7:30AM, including rotating weekends and holidays. ** A caregiver who excels in this role will: * Perform ongoing surveillance of patients’ cardiac monitors, cardiac rhythm and vital signs. * Notify appropriate nursing staff of any changes according to clinician, provider orders and/or in accordance with departmental protocols. * Interpret patient cardiac/hemodynamic rh
