Must Have
Minimum two years general experience, one year industry experience, Demonstrated client relationship management experience, Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem resolution and time management skills, Outstanding positive attitude with ability and willingness to effectively work within a team environment, Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume situation with time constraints and to adapt within a fluid work environment, Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PCs

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Process Money Movement transactions
Review transactions for accuracy
Ensure timely completion of client requests
Participate in control and end of day reports
Maintain knowledge of Vanguard policies
Improve client experience
Participate in process improvement projects
Identify improvement opportunities
Sustain effective work relationships
Inform Team Leader of issues
Build productive working relationships
Minimize client effort
Maintain knowledge of departmental functions
Perform Same Day Quality Audit
Provide feedback on quality trends
Provide guidance to associates
Demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
Leverage resources to meet challenges
Provide viable alternative solutions
Participate in special projects
