What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred, Minimum two years general experience, one year industry experience, Demonstrated client relationship management experience, Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem resolution and time management skills, Outstanding positive attitude with ability and willingness to effectively work within a team environment, Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume situation with time constraints and to adapt within a fluid work environment, Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PCs
Nice to Have
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred
What You'll Do.
Process Money Movement transactions
Review transactions for accuracy
Ensure timely completion of client requests
Participate in control and end of day reports
Maintain knowledge of Vanguard policies
Improve client experience
Participate in process improvement projects
Handle peer and management interactions
Inform Team Leader of issues
Build productive working relationships
Make processes easier for clients
Minimize client effort
Maintain knowledge of departmental functions
Maintain knowledge of Vanguard's processing systems
Maintain knowledge of vendor websites
Perform Same Day Quality Audit functions
Provide feedback on quality trends
Provide guidance to associates
Approach problem solving logically
Meet challenges independently
Provide alternative solutions
Participate in special projects
Perform other duties as assigned
