What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, Minimum 5+ years of experience in lubrication, tribology, or related field, Understanding of mechanical systems, lubricating materials, and tribology fundamentals, Proven problem-solving skills with a scientific, data-driven approach, Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Nice to Have
Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical engineering degree preferred, Previous experience in oil & gas or industrial lubrication systems is preferred, Certified Lubricating Grease Specialist (CLGS) or Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) is a plus, Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus

Identify opportunities for low-friction coatings
