Must Have
Associate's degree in science, 3 or more years of experience, Demonstrate skill and reliability in leadership

What You'll Do.
Assist with molecular laboratory processes
Process clinical specimens
Supervise non-licensed personnel
Lead implementation of new processes
Maintain lab organization
Adhere to quality control
Adhere to quality assurance procedures
Coordinate daily tasks
Ensure non-licensed personnel perform duties
Maintain flexibility with work schedule
Meet quality for patient care
Provide guidance to supervisor
Coordinate workflows within department
Perform functions of Molecular Technician II
Handle personnel issues
Handle conflict resolution
Handle delicate subject matters
Report personnel issues
Report laboratory processing issues
Participate in conflict resolution
Lead creation of training
Lead implementation of SOPs
Lead research activities
Lead validation activities
Translate improvements into workflow
Enhance existing procedures
