Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing systems, planning, or analyst role, Experience with MRP systems in a manufacturing environment, Background in production scheduling and process planning, Experience supporting injection molding operations and schedules, IQMS data analysis and reporting skills, Experience building dashboards or advanced reports, Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience, Experience acting as a change agent within manufacturing operations, Data-driven decision making, Manufacturing systems expertise, Analytical and critical thinking skills, Ability to influence and drive change, Cross-functional collaboration, Attention to detail with a big-picture mindset

Overview The Molding Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing systems and processes related to injection molding operations. This role combines strong data analysis, MRP expertise, and production scheduling knowledge to improve planning accuracy, system effectiveness, and operational performance. Acting as an agent of change, the Molding System Analyst partners with schedulers, planners, and manufacturing leadership to drive continuous improvement, enhance visibility through reporting, and support efficient injection molding schedules. Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze production, scheduling, capacity, and inventory data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to support molding operations, scheduling, and management decision-making. Translate complex manufacturing data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. MRP & Planning Support Serve as a subject matter expert for MRP systems supporting injection molding operations.
