In this leadership role, you’ll guide a team of Molding Technicians to meet production goals, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across the department. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, troubleshooting equipment, and motivating your team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities Requisition materials required to meet production goals Examine molded products to ensure they meet specifications Review production schedules and estimate labor requirements Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations Communicate specifications, blueprints, and job orders to team members Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production timelines Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality Suggest changes to working conditions and equipment usage to increase efficiency Analyze and resolve work-related issues or assist team members in problem-solving Motivate team members to achieve production and quality goals Maintain accurate time and production records Coordinate activities with other supervisors and departments Set up machines and equip
