If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary ## To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **_Molding Engineer_** located in _**Tijuana, Mexico.**_ ## ## Reporting to the _**Process Engineering Manager**_ , the _**Molding Engineer**_ role involves. **What a typical day looks like:** * Develop injection molding processes using proven scientific methodologies. * Validate injection mold and work cell through IQ, OQ, PQ validation process. * Document in detail, molding process, mold set up, work cell layout, and troubleshooting information for each job that is validated. * Participate in project meetings in order to keep project on track until completion of validation into production. * Support current production needs for trouble shooting and process improvement. * Support Product Development/Design Engineering activities. * Support Six Sigma & Lean Activities. * Define, Implement, and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability. * Support and oversee new process equipment production. * Support the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs). * Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements. * Evaluate and select various engineered materials. * Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products. * Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements. * Improve manufacturing techniques and through put. * Develop and maintain process documentation. * Review processing methods. * Interface with production of all activitie
