What You'll Do.
Operate all machinery associated with production needs
Load and unload machines
Perform simple sub-assemblies
Quality inspecting all parts
Make boxes and package products
Maintain raw material supply to machines
Rotate between work centers on a daily basis
Keep equipment clean and maintain an orderly work center
Learn to operate automation and robotic equipment
Complete all employee training
Participate in LEAN Kaizen events
Participate in lean manufacturing education/training
Follow all safe work practices
Follow work instructions
Participate in toolbox talks
Participate in town hall production meetings
Provide suggestions for improvement with company’s Yellow Card Suggestion system
