This role supports project completion by ensuring modular units are installed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who enjoys travel, problem-solving, and working as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic field environment. **What You’ll Do** * Assist with modular installation, assembly, and repair activities at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and deadlines * Operate and maintain tools and equipment to support safe and efficient job site operations * Identify and troubleshoot basic installation issues, resolving problems quickly to minimize delays and maintain quality standards * Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure successful project execution * Follow blueprints, detailed instructions, and safety protocols to ensure accurate and compliant installations * Communicate project progress, material needs, and potential issues to supervisors * Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policy * Maintain regular, full-time, predictab
