What They're Looking For.
Must Have
13+ years of professional experience, 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills, 13+ years of progressive experience in program management, business transformation, process redesign, or change management, Demonstrated experience building and leading teams in a matrixed, fast-moving environment, Proven track record designing and running large-scale transformation programs, Experience building governance frameworks, operating cadences, and repeatable delivery systems, Demonstrated ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders without direct authority, Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and embed new ways of working, Experience collaborating with FP&A to track, validate, and communicate financial value, Experience building organizational capabilities

healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience, advanced degree
What You'll Do.
Design and run operating cadence for modernization portfolio
Manage cross-initiative interdependencies
Collaborate with FP&A for financial value tracking
Set and enforce standards for AI-first process redesign
Translate redesign work into executable processes
Partner with business and technology leaders
Document and scale repeatable delivery systems
Lead change management planning and adoption efforts
Design and execute communications for stakeholders
and develop a team of direct reports
Own framework for tracking and reporting value
Ensure financial outcomes are visible and credible
Serve as integrating force across functions
Engage and influence senior stakeholders
Represent Modernization Office in governance forums
Design and build systems for organizational capability
