This role is built for leaders who can drive end‑to‑end execution, coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams, and ensure modernization outcomes are delivered with disciplined program management and strong technical solution leadership. **What You Will Do** * Own delivery of multi‑tower modernization programs and ensure outcomes are delivered to scope, schedule, quality, and risk expectations. * Coordinate cross‑tower teams, delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions across the modernization landscape. * Stitch together a single optimized modernization solution spanning multiple domains (e.g., application modernization, cloud migration/modernization, mainframe modernization, N&E modernization). * Drive modernization execution across sub‑domains such as AMS, SDLC transformation, AppMod, Mainframe Mod, Platform Engineering, Data Center Networks, and Edge Networks. * Lead technical solution management activities including scoping, PoC framing, assumptions, dependencies, baselining, and delivery readiness. * Own and/or contribute to SoW creation and review, ensuring clear deliverables, acceptance criteria, and execution model. * Build and deli
