Bachelor degree plus 8 years experience, Active Security Clearance, Thorough knowledge of centralized management of Modern Endpoint Management solutions, Experience and excellent knowledge of Windows client Operating System, Experience and excellent knowledge in IT end users' infrastructure, Experience and excellent knowledge in Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting, Experience and excellent knowledge in Endpoint Privilege Management, Solid scripting skills in PowerShell, Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Experience with ticketing systems, ITIL based change management, ITIL configuration management, ITIL release management processes, Analytical and troubleshooting knowledge, Good organizational and prioritising skills, Good communication skills, Ability to cope with fast changing technologies, Good knowledge of English equal to B2, Management and deployment of endpoint content distribution optimization tools, Knowledge of third-party patch management tool, Knowledge of tiered security models

Microsoft 365 Certified- Administrator Expert or equivalent, Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent
