2+ years in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or compliance, judgement and fast decision-making on grey-area cases, Clear written communication, high discretion, calm handling of sensitive content, comfortable using tools like Slack, Notion, Intercom, Retool (or similar), comfortable reviewing adult-only (18+) content
Nice to Have
ideally in UGC, social, or platform environments, moderation frameworks, DMCA workflows, Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act, platform TOS enforcement

Review and action user-generated content against Fanvue's content and community guidelines
Investigate Terms of Service violations (explicit content policy breaches

Work moderation queues in our tooling
prioritising by risk and turnaround time
Escalate high-risk and edge cases to the Moderation Manager and Head of Trust & Safety
with clear decision notes
Spot patterns and emerging risks
and feed insights back into policy and tooling improvements
Keep clean records of decisions to support audits
Partner with Support and Creator teams on escalations involving account restrictions or compliance concerns
Work shifts and handle sensitive content with consistency

Fanvue is an AI-powered creator monetisation platform with $200M+ in annual recurring revenue and triple-digit year-on-year growth. We support hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide. We got here by moving fast and building with conviction, and our Trust & Safety function is scaling with the platform. We're hiring a Moderation & Compliance Executive to protect platform integrity by reviewing content, investigating violations, and making fast, fair decisions at scale. This is an operations role for someone with strong judgement, high attention to detail, and the resilience to handle sensitive content consistently. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS Content volume is rising fast, and automated detection handles a growing share of low-risk cases. The work that matters most is still human-led: high-risk decisions where context and judgement matter. This role helps keep creators and fans safe, improves policy and tooling through real-world feedback, and keeps us audit-ready as we scale.
