We support hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide. We got here by moving fast and building with conviction, and our Trust & Safety function is scaling with the platform. We're hiring a Moderation & Compliance Executive to protect platform integrity by reviewing content, investigating violations, and making fast, fair decisions at scale. This is an operations role for someone with strong judgement, high attention to detail, and the resilience to handle sensitive content consistently. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS Content volume is rising fast, and automated detection handles a growing share of low-risk cases. The work that matters most is still human-led: high-risk decisions where context and judgement matter. This role helps keep creators and fans safe, improves policy and tooling through real-world feedback, and keeps us audit-ready as we scale.
