**Position Title: Model Based Systems Engineer** **Location:** Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO **Relocation Assistance:** None available at this time **Remote/Telework:** NO **Clearance Type:** DoW Secret **Shift:** Day shift **Travel Required:** Up to 10% of the time ** _Description of Duties:_** The **Model Based Systems Engineer** supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: * Drive culture and adoption of MBSE and Digital Engineering (DE) throughout the organization by promoting the use of MBSE/DE and providing training and support to the teams. * Develop standard work and business operating procedures. * Create formal processes for applying MBSE and DE within the program. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams by working closely with various engineering disciplines and departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated system design and digital environment. * Communicate complex engineering technical information to team members of various backgrounds and disciplines. * Support Enterprise SEs to incorporate Model-based Systems Engineering practices and peer review SE program guidance. **Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position.
