As a foundational employee within the segment, you will not only have interesting client facing opportunities, but you will also have the ability to shape and influence the growth and development of the segment, gaining skills, experience and expertise along the way! We have a permanent, full-time opportunities for a Model-Based Systems Engineer to join this emerging segment. You will work alongside clients to help define, analyse and integrate complex Defence systems, applying model-based approaches to solve real capability and operational challenges spanning requirements engineering, configuration management, and model-based systems design. This will include: Applying model-based systems engineering to translate capability needs into integrated solutions Developing and maintain system models that describe how systems, people and processes work together Defining architectures, interfaces and specifications across complex environments Supporting option analysis, trade studies and evidence-based decision-making Engaging with Defence stakeholders to ensure solutions are operationally grounded and practical Our Ideal Candidate: We are open to Individuals across various experience levels.
